Former Port Jervis Superintendent Will Get Almost $330K From Agreement

PORT JERVIS, N.Y. – The former Port Jervis superintendent who resigned in July will receive nearly $300,000 as part of his termination agreement, according to the Times Herald-Record.

Tom Bongiovi will get paid out13 months salary ($198,744), unused sick pay ($51,597) and unused vacation time ($48,9210), the Record said. 

Bongiovi's resignation was part of a mutual agreement between him and the district, the Record reported.
