Port Jervis Man Charged With Rape, Child Endangerment

PORT JERVIS, N.Y. – A Port Jervis man is facing several counts of rape and child endangerment after being arrested by the Port Jervis Police Department on Saturday, according to officials.

Robert Mackerley, Jr., 42 was arraigned on three counts of first and second-degree rape, three counts of luring a child and one count of endangering the welfare of child.

Mackerley was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $50,000.
