PORT JERVIS, N.Y. — Want to experience "The Clothesline Project"? It will be on display until 3 p.m. today, Oct. 5, at Orange Square Veterans Park.
The T-shirts on the "Clothesline" display messages from adults and kids alike who have been victims of abuse.
The goal of the project is to increase awareness, celebrate survivors' strengths and break the silence that often surrounds domestic violence.
"Thank you Orange County Safe Homes for bringing this message to our community," Port Jervis Mayor Kelly Decker said in a Facebook post.
